Powerful soft table machine From Carpigiani model 191 PSP. Ideally suited for high traffic locations, such as discos, concert events or amusement parks.

The mix with the gear pump is forced into the cylinder at high pressure with the addition of air, resulting in a creamy, high-volume ice cream with up to 80% lift.

To support a creamy end product, the machine is equipped with a tub agitator.

The container lid is made of impact-resistant plastic to prevent temperature losses.

The agitator perfectly mills the ice from the cylinder conversion and ensures any processing of different basic mixtures.

Thanks to the self-pasteurization, during the night the mix and all the parts in contact with the ice are completely pasteurized, ensuring perfect hygiene and making the operator’s work much easier.
