Even a well-maintained ice cream machine can break down, in which case we are happy to help with our technically well-equipped workshop or directly on site, with all the necessary spare parts from the market-leading manufacturers.

Equipment to be repaired can be picked up within 24 hours in Germany or our new Servicepoint branches in Copenhagen and Geneva and delivered again by our in-house freight forwarder Carstensen from Handewitt or, depending on the destination, our driver.
