In the upper part of the Carpigiani Superuno soft ice cream machine is the preservation container for the mix. In the central part there is a horizontal freezing cylinder with an agitator, from which – the dispensing tap – doses the ice cream portions. When the lever is lowered, a classic soft ice cream with a flavor produced with the mix contained in the tub emerges from the corresponding output tap.
The Superuno comes with the convenience of electronic operation.
In the upper part of the machine there is the refrigerated preservation tray that keeps the mix at +4°C, constantly controlled by a thermometer. The mix supplies the production cylinder through gear pump (patented) which mixes the mix with the air, facilitating the achievement of a greater volume impact.
The central part houses the horizontal production cylinder, where the special self-regulating agitator guarantees perfect production, constantly controlled by the HARD-O-TRONIC. The HOT is an electronic system that allows the operator to choose the consistency/creaminess suitable for his ice cream.
Of course, the Carpigiani Superuno is equipped with swell pump and tub agitator, which provides preferably with e.g. our soft ice cream ready mix MUU from Denmark due to the high fat content and the specified ingredients for approx. 80% air impact and thus presents to the consumer not only a creamy end product but also the operator dreamlike yields.
