The refrigeration Rudi pasteurizer of German production 240 CPS Mix Staro cooks, cools, ripens and preserves their basic mix with up to 240 liters of maximum filling volume at low energy consumption and is ideally suited for larger production plants that expect the highest level of quality Made in Germany, hygiene and performance.

The special bain-marie system prevents the product from burning or freezing even when the smallest quantities are produced.

This top class model from German production leaves nothing to be desired for the ice cream maker. The Pro Mix 240 CPS from Kälte – Rudi is in perfect overall condition due to its low operating time and is distinguished by its shallow depth combined with low consumption costs.

By using the CPS cooler, fast and effective cooling is realized.
