Despite the hole in the head, the KEL 60 C is quite clever in the head. The automatic preparation cycle determines the duration all by itself. The filling quantity and mixture type are detected independently – simply fill and start.
Softer for your milk ice cream or firmer for sorbet – decide for yourself how you want your ice cream. You can also determine the consistency individually via 12 levels.

Ice cream machine beeps – your signal to pull out the spatula: In the removal program, the ice cream flows quickly and almost completely out of the cylinder. An automatic cooling function keeps your ice cream from melting – should you overhear the ice cream maker.
Since ice giants such as the Cattabriga KEL 60 C produce several ice containers at once, a short break must be taken for preparation. Here, simply press the make button briefly and you have 20 seconds to place strawberries and chocolate pieces. The post-cooling function keeps the consistency in the cylinder the same.
Smart details for easy cleaning
Ready for use again immediately: A direct water inlet with its own water heater removes ice residues in no time. Particularly practical is also the overflow protection, which automatically switches off the gastro ice machine when the water runs too long.
