The cold Rudi has a diagonal production cylinder and an agitator with kneading function. These properties result in a first-class dry, creamy and stable product with high air impact.

With the new comfortable G 16 / V4 Dicom Touch all functions can be controlled by touching the display.
A sensible and uncomplicated menu navigation leads through various editing programs. Individual mode allows you to customize each base to your liking.

The refrigeration Rudi G 16/ V4 is equipped with proven OCP refrigeration system and the BMS. Thus, the product is homogenously printed with finest microcrystals and immediately portionable.
