Thanks to its intuitive LCD touchscreen display and intelligent user interface developed by our gelato chefs, Multifreeze Icona simplifies and improves all kinds of operations.

The Icona system allows you to switch between different operations, manage recipes, settings and alarms with just a few taps on the screen.

Save recipes

Multifreeze Icona lets you save your recipes in an innovative way: create steps to follow and personalize on-screen notifications to make your workflow easier than ever.

Control extraction

Set the number of gelato trays you want and Multifreeze Icona will dose the extraction speed to help you change trays. It also notifies you with an acoustic signal.

Insulated door

The new patented Revo door combines the user-friendliness of front loading with a new insulation system that optimizes freezing times.

Dialog

Multifreeze Icona is equipped with a dialog system that enables continuous monitoring of the machine and its production cycles. Thanks to the M2M Dialog app, you can download manuals and videos, activate the warranty extension and contact technical support.

The double inverter system varies the speed and doses the cooling power according to the type of mixture and its quantity, optimizing production times and reducing electricity and water consumption by up to 30% compared to previous generation batch freezers.

Front loading: The Multifreeze Icona hopper is designed so that the mixture can be easily introduced, while the REVO opening facilitates the exit.

Revo door: Iceteam 1927 combines the traditional round shape of Cattabriga with the ease of use of front loading and a new insulation system. The door is topped with a removable steel grid that can be washed separately and makes it easier to work with the most difficult and dense mixtures.

Heating plates: This type of condenser improves the efficiency of heat exchange and generates real savings for the customer. In combination with the Multifreeze system and together with the right maintenance, energy and water savings can reach unprecedented heights and bring MULTIFREEZE ICONA into great harmony with contemporary needs.
