The ICETEAM 1927 whipping cream machines with their small dimensions (220 x 520 x 460) are very easy to clean and offer a high level of performance for any type of natural or vegetable-based cream, be it fresh or UHT (long-life) cream.
The fresh cream is kept at the ideal temperature in a stainless steel container, which is cooled and equipped with a thermostat on which the thermometer can also be read.
Only at the moment of demand, by pressing a special switch, does a patented pump draw in the air and cream and push them into a steel labyrinth (texturizer), where the mixture increases in volume. As soon as the volume increase has reached more than 200%, the cream is cooled and dispensed through a tap with a serrated spout to the outlet.
A non-return valve prevents the whipped cream from flowing back into the tank.
