The LCD interface realization transforms Leonardo Basic into Leonardo Plus, the easy-to-use electronic ice cream machine. Thanks to its display programmed in five languages, you will be informed about temperature, mix consistency and times throughout the production cycle. This ensures careful management of all the different processing phases.
The interface, thanks to the 5 sensors installed in the machine and the ingenious software control, allows to monitor the cold, the rotation speed of the spatulas, the compactness of the ice, the formation of microcrystals and the overrun. Alternatively, you can manage in full autonomy the freezing process with the advantage of simplicity of use, thanks to the intuitive interface of your Leonardo Plus.
