The “TRE IN UNO” in four versions TP3,TP4,TP5 and TP7 is a complete system for mixing, pasteurizing, heating and agitating ice cream mixtures in a single unit.
The upper tank for pasteurization and mixing and the lower cooling and agitating cylinder operate independently, allowing continuous production without loss of time. The device is made of high quality materials and is ideal for the production of home-made ice cream in small spaces. The following is a description of the processing phases:
The heating process of the mixture is completely regulated by an electric control unit which allows a uniform heating up to the high (+85° C adjustable) or low (+65° C adjustable) pasteurization temperature. The water bath heating system with glycolate liquid eliminates all problems caused by incrustation and combustion residues of the mixture.
The cooling process follows after heating, when the electronic system indicates by an acoustic signal that the mixture has reached a temperature of +85°C or +65°C.
After the user pours the mixture into the mixing cell with the tap of the stove, the mixing process, which is automatically controlled by a microprocessor, begins. As with our new MT 3/4/5/7 mixers, the electronic control also includes the “WATER ICE” functions.
