The production process is automatically controlled and monitored by a microprocessor, which allows the user to customize the production cycle for any ice cream mixture.After setting the desired consistency, the device performs the production phase absolutely independently. After reaching the specified consistency, a signal sounds. The ice does not have to be removed immediately because the machine automatically maintains the condition until the user removes the ice. Very useful in the larger models is the function “cold on removal”, in which the cooling is turned on during product removal to be able to remove all the ice with a uniform consistency.
Made entirely of stainless steel, the new blender equipped with three steel blades does not have a center shaft. The special blades are self-adjusting to always fit perfectly against the wall of the mixer and avoid the formation of ice incrustations. This new system ensures the complete removal of the ice, as well as a significant cost saving due to the low energy consumption of the blades.
The new stainless steel flap has an enlarged outlet opening to make iron removal as short as possible and to ensure constant consistency during removal.
The new mat, made of non-slip silicone, has been designed to put down the ice trays, making it easier for the operator to remove the final product. In combination with the new ergonomically shaped stem, commercially available small tubs 36×16.5 and large tubs 36×25 can be placed on the mat.
