The new vertical stirrers ICETECH
have a cylinder with vertical cooling system and are particularly suitable for those who want to produce in the simplest way an ice cream of the highest quality.
The manufacturing process is automatically controlled and managed by an electronic microprocessor; this allows the operator to set the desired consistency of the ice cream and always produce a dry, creamy product with very short stirring times and low energy consumption.
The handy display on the front of the machine allows constant control of the consistency of the ice cream and any change in the production phase. The operator has also the possibility to set (temporarily) the Granite program to produce real “Granite Siciliane” (Sicilian granites).
As for all products of the wide range of ICETECH, special attention has been paid to the ergonomic shapes of the machine to make the operation during use as comfortable as possible.
Always attentive to keeping energy consumption as low as possible, LA GELATIERA has achieved particularly high ENERGY AND WATER SAVINGS.
The special stirrer with three blades has been realized entirely in steel Inox with self-regulating scraper system, easily interchangeable. This particular mixer always ensures a perfect cleaning of the ice cream from the walls and the bottom of the cylinder, favoring an optimal heat exchange and facilitating a complete removal of the ice cream in the final phase.
The machine also has a special transparent lid that allows a visual control of the state of the ice cream at any moment; due to the fact that it can be fully opened, it is possible to enter ingredients such as berries, variegati, nuts, pistachios and others.
