As good as new demonstration unit from Gel-Matic Made in Italy. The Eloite Plus model presents itself with the production of rich soft ice cream or frozen yoghurt variants. Thanks to the three cylinders, the range can be diversified to meet the most demanding customer requirements. At just 70 centimetres wide, the Eloite model allows you to combine conventional soft ice cream with a wide range of products from frozen yogurt to sorbet and individual creations. The model is equipped with 3 basins with respective swell pumps that ensure an air impact of up to 80%, providing the operator with excellent yields and the consumer with a creamy tasting product.
