The constructive characteristics In the upper part of the machine there are the cooled preservation vats that keep the mix at +4°C, constantly controlled by a thermometer. The mix supplies the production cylinders via patented swell pumps that ensure air impact up to max. 80% provide.

The central part houses the horizontal production cylinders, where the special agitators guaranteed perfect production.
