ICETECH ripening vats can keep and ripen the ice base at a constant temperature of +4°C. The modern cooling system ensures perfect preservation and maturation of the mixture and prevents incrustation on the vat.

A great novelty of ICETECH ripening vats is the special cooling function, with which a +85°C hot mixture is cooled down to +4°C within a very short time.

In this way, the ripening vat can replace the pasteurizer in the cooling phase,allowing a new pasteurization to be carried out directly.

The complete dismantlability of the steel components coming into contact with the mixture allows easy cleaning. Thanks to the new electronic circuit board, the mixture can be stirred continuously or at intervals.

ICETECH’s ripening vats in two versions, 60+60 l and 120+120 l, are equipped with two rectangular vats whose functions can be adjusted independently of each other.
