are made in “modular” technology, which allows the user to adapt the pasteurization cycle to his own requirements.
This is a model designed for particularly small dimensions and has an oval tray with a capacity of 70/130 liters.
The new electronic circuit board allows the user to vary the speed of emulsification at different temperatures to obtain a perfectly emulsified ice base.
Years of experience have made it possible to produce a device that has the following exceptional features, among others:
During pasteurization, the emulsion process starts automatically after reaching the optimum temperature (approx. +65°C). The mixture is pushed at high speed through the small openings of the emulsion cage, resulting in a homogeneous mass in all microparticles.
Pasteurization (high or low) can be initiated by pressing a single key. The device heats and cools the mixture fully automatically in the shortest possible time and maintains the temperature for ripening at a constant +4°C with slight agitation.
