The refrigeration Rudi pasteurizer 150 CPS Mix Staro cooks, cools, ripens and preserves your basic mix with up to 150 liters of maximum filling volume at low energy consumption and is ideally suited for medium and larger production plants that expect the highest level of quality, hygiene and performance.

The special bain-marie system prevents the product from burning or freezing even when the smallest quantities are produced.

This top class model from German production leaves nothing to be desired for the ice cream maker. The Pro Mix 150 CPS from Kälte – Rudi is in immaculate condition due to its low operating time and is characterized by the small footprint with low consumption costs.

By using the CPS cooler, fast and effective cooling is realized.
