Description
Carpigiani Coldelite pasteurizer EPS 60&60. The EPS is 2 pasteurizers in one unit. Fully electronic separate control for easy operation and use. The constant maintenance of the temperature in connection with the set pasteurization temperature is controlled automatically. The EPS 60&60 ensures maximum hygiene due to the compatible technical design. The transparent lids are equipped with safety microswitches and allow insight into the production progress.
You can prepare different bases and choose between temperatures between 65 and 85 degrees. At the end of the pasteurization cycle, the temperature is automatically cooled down to +4° for preservation of the mixture.

- Satin finishing and reconditioning of stainless steel surfaces with CNC ceramic grinding technology
- Multiple test runs with workshop logging by the respective skilled worker
- Supplied with cooking magnifier and operating instructions from the respective manufacturer
