The cold Rudi has a diagonal production cylinder and an agitator with kneading function. These properties result in a first-class dry, creamy and stable product with high air impact.

The refrigeration Rudi G 16/ V4 is equipped with proven OCP refrigeration system. Thus, the product is homogenously printed with finest microcrystals and immediately portionable.
