Description

Carpigiani Labo 60/90 ice cream machine is suitable for medium to large production plants and is in perfect condition.

The LABO 60/90 with horizontal CARPIGIANI three-blade agitator, is safe and easy to use in its technology. It has been designed to produce ice cream with the highest quality and demands. It can be conveniently operated by the ice cream maker.

  1. Pour a good mix into the machine and turn the switch: this is how the automatic cycle for ice production is started and controlled via the Hard-O Matic
  2. Once the correct consistency has been reached, an acoustic signal indicates that the ice can be removed.
