The Carpigiani Multichef is a multifunctional machine made in Italy by the world market leader Carpigiani. It produces up to 20 kg of ice cream per hour and cooks, cools, matures and preserves or, depending on the operator’s requirements, cooks, chills and produces a homogeneous mass structure with short production cycles. Hygienic and time-saving. The system enables rapid freezing with the DGT agitator unit and gentle heating, rapid cooling, maturing and preservation with low energy consumption. All functions are fully electronically controlled for the operator.
