Carpigiani Coldelite Compacta 3004 combination machine

Combination machine Coldelite Compacta 3004 from Carpigiani pasteurizer and ice cream maker in one. The machine is in immaculate overall condition and is suitable for medium and large production plants. Two machines in one unit:

• in the upper part there is the horizontal cylinder for preparing mix
• in the lower part there is the horizontal cylinder for making ice cream

So in a single machine is included the entire processing cycle for ice:

• the mixer for mixing the raw materials
• the pasteurizer to pasteurize the ingredients of the mix
• the batch freezer for making ice cream, sorbets and fruit cream

A complete laboratory for ice production at the price of a single machine and ideally suited for operators with small production areas. The Compacta 3004 has all processing operations in a closed cycle, the ice produced is free from external contamination and hygienically intact.
