The innovative series of Italian ice cream display cases is called Jewel.Jewel can be combined with the whole Platinum series and convinces with the excellent view of the product:

The pure and crystalline shapes, the materials used, stainless steel and glass, the lighting by LED: the whole contributes to highlight the masterpiece of the ice cream maker.

Cooling is by means of double evaporator with increased air flow, tempered, heated, pyrolytic layered heat protection glass: Jewel was designed to be aesthetically beautiful and technologically perfect.

• Tub made of foamed whole with injected polyurethane density 40 kg/m3.
• Upper structure made of aluminum – only color silver
• Interior lighting with LED
• Electronic thermostat with temperature display and repeater on the customer side
• Heated, tempered, pyrolytic side and front heat protection glasses
• Upper layer glass pyrolytic
• Tray for change (as an option)
• In the curved modules, upper glass pane with wing-like opening
• Ice cream signs with illuminated LEDs (IFI patent)
• Recirculating air cooling with increased air flow and double evaporator
