Description
Cream machines from demonstration stock for the highest requirements for hygiene and operation. Controlled via sensor keys with standard automatic portioning, individually adjustable. Intensive cooling of the whipping system up to the garnish spout. Automatic cleaning with cooling interruption. Maximum possible impact volume due to double mixing roller. Hourly output up to 90 liters of raw cream.

- Satin finishing and reconditioning of stainless steel surfaces with CNC ceramic grinding technology
- Multiple test runs with workshop logging by the respective skilled worker
- Supplied with cooking magnifier and operating instructions from the respective manufacturer
