The mix is preferably cooked to 65 degrees at night and then cooled down completely independently afterwards. The 800 PM also has two first-class microprocessors. The technology makes it possible to process different mixes through completely separate controls. Furthermore, the Twin series is able to quickly provide the operator with the highest possible production quantities of soft ice cream with two flavors plus one mixed flavor.
