Compacta is the combination machine for gelato that makes it possible to complete the entire gelato production cycle. Compacta Vario is a two-in-one unit; the boiler is located in the upper part, while the horizontal cylinder of the freezer is located in the lower part.
The Compacta system varies the speed and adjusts the freezing capacity depending on the type and quantity of mixture introduced. This shortens production times and reduces electricity and water consumption.
