The tempering unit Chocotemper Top-11, guarantees the maintenance of the liquid state of the chocolate, such as the perfect crystal bonding. The strengths of the Chocotemper Top-11 lie in the touch screen technology, for the control of the chocolate processing, and in the stainless steel structure and screw conveyor, which guarantee maximum resistance and efficiency.
Chocotemper Top-11 melts the chocolate inside the heated 11 kg – tub, the cooling is obtained by the use of cooling gas in the screw conveyor.
The tempering machine is equipped with: electronic foot switch to dose the exact amount of chocolate in the molds, one motor each for the tub and the screw conveyor, stand-by mode to maintain the liquid state of the chocolate at night, release of the screw conveyor, reversal of the direction of rotation of the screw conveyor for the best possible emptying of the machine, assisted shutdown to switch off the tempering machine correctly, and the possibility of storing programs for chocolate types of all kinds.
Chocotemper Top-11 can be supplied with a vibration table for chocolate molds.
