The Pasto Pro large format pasteurizer prepares, emulsifies and pasteurizes liquid mixtures for large laboratories and the food industry, with a range of production requirements from 200 to 600 liters.
To increase the flexibility of the pasteurizer, the possibility of working only with half tank is foreseen: a button allows the quick selection of this working mode and the processing of a smaller quantity, with important energetic savings.
When 85° is reached, i.e. at the end of the pasteurization cycle, you can decide whether to keep the product at this temperature, from 0 minutes to a maximum of 1 hour, or to cool the product down to +4° with the possibility of keeping it at this temperature for several days, thus ensuring the correct preservation of the mixture.
Thanks to the propeller mixer, Pasto Pro allows an optimal emulsification of the liquid mixture; the heating process in the water bath and the dry cooling, using ecological gas, prevent the product from changing due to strongly fluctuating temperatures. The result? You get a perfectly emulsified stable mixture, ready to be further processed or packaged.
The Pasto Pro pasteurizer allows to prepare a mixture with a maximum viscosity of 5 Pa.s,. Ice cream mixes for immediate use in a continuous freezer or for the production of pasteurized and bag-in-box mixes, fruit juices, fruit purees, syrups, invert sugar and much more.
