The unique, DECORATED soft-serve ice cream from the Carpigiani Rainbow was an instant hit, even among regular consumers of traditional ice cream flavors. This soft-serve ice cream is becoming increasingly popular when offered in a variety of flavors. The Rainbow 381 is a technically advanced countertop soft-serve machine. The upper part of the machine houses the storage container for the soft-serve mix; the middle section contains the horizontal cylinder, from which—via the dispensing spout—the ice cream portion is dispensed. If you want to produce a beautifully decorated ice cream (e.g., strawberry), simply press the corresponding button on the control panel and lower the lever—the ice cream is instantly decorated with one of the three colored fruit- or cream-flavored concentrates stored in the three containers located in the lower part of the machine. This makes it possible to produce three different decorated ice cream servings (e.g., mango, strawberry, green apple).
