The continuous resting process makes it possible to maintain the perfect product structure directly in the batch freezing cylinder.

All models are multiples of the single-cylinder machine. All functions of each cylinder are completely independent.

The mix refill function makes it possible to refill the cylinder with fresh liquid mix, adding ingredients such as fruit, chocolate and cereals at any time.

* Auto Pasteurization (HT): The nightly pasteurization cycle extends the hygienic safety period to 42 days. It also helps to maintain the optimal texture of the product for a longer time
