603 Soft and Shake is the upright machine for soft ice cream, soft ice cream, shake and frozen yogurt.

The patented peristaltic pump offers high productivity and easy maintenance; it makes it possible to treat any type of mixture, even the dense ones and with small pieces such as seeds and grains.

With the bag-in-box option, it is possible to connect the pump directly to the bag filled with liquid mixture.
