Combi ice machine Carpigiani Coldelite Compacta 3003 RTX Dialog

The Coldelite Compacta 3003 RTX Dialog combination machine from Carpigiani is a pasteurizer and ice cream maker in one appliance. The machine is in immaculate overall condition and is suitable for medium and large production plants. Two machines in one unit:

• in the upper part there is the horizontal cylinder for preparing mix
• in the lower part there is the horizontal cylinder for making ice cream

So in a single machine is included the entire processing cycle for ice:

• the mixer for mixing the raw materials
• the pasteurizer to pasteurize the ingredients of the mix
• the batch freezer for making ice cream, sorbets and fruit cream

A complete laboratory for ice production at the price of a single machine and ideally suited for operators with small production areas. The Compacta 3003 has all processing operations in a closed cycle, the ice produced is free from external contamination and hygienically intact.
