Ice cream display case IFI Pozzetti Made in Italy

The Italian IFI Pozzetti ice counters transfer the temperature to the ice via brine. The recessed unit integrates perfectly with all IFI aesthetic finishes, both in terms of front and back counter. The Gramolate/Gelato recessed display case from IFI is available with the following COOLING TYPES: UMLUFT COOLING or GLYKOL.

Trough made of foamed whole with injected polyurethane density 40 kg/m3, with 2, 4 or 6 installation troughs and corresponding multiple density 50 mm.

• Inner tray made of stainless steel.
• Inner container of 1/1 or 1/2.
• Electronic control panel.
• Internal air mixer for temperature uniformity.
• Operating temperature: -16°/-20°C.
• Also available in version for Granitas (without air mixer) with round glass lids or rectangular folding lids.
• Tropical version as option: external condenser unit, tests performed at +43°C room temperature.
