VARIO ICONA

VariO Icona is the combination machine for gelato born on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of our iconic Compacta. The machine is simple and user-friendly thanks to its intuitive LCD touch screen and intelligent user interface developed by our gelato chefs. The Icona system allows you to switch between different operating modes with just a few clicks and to manage and save personalized recipes, settings and notifications.

SMART extraction – This configuration makes it possible to set the number of gelato containers for extraction. Vario Icona then adjusts its speed to allow the containers to be changed while warning with acoustic signals.

Save your recipes – VariO Icona allows you to save recipes in a revolutionary way: create the steps and customize the notifications so you can have the smoothest way of working.

VariO Icona is the combination machine for gelato that can complete the entire gelato production cycle. VariO Icona Hybrid is a two-in-one unit; the boiler is located in the upper part, while the horizontal cylinder of the batch freezer is located in the lower part.

With the Icona, the features of the VariO system are enhanced by the new improved software functions and user-friendliness tailored by our chefs.
