Carpigiani AES 381 Colore soft ice cream machines are in pristine condition with low hours of operation.
The original VERZIERTE soft ice cream immediately met with immediate approval, even among the usual consumers of traditional ice cream, which is offered in the two classic flavors plus the mixed. This soft ice cream is becoming increasingly popular when offered with a range of different flavors. The COLORE 1 is a technically advanced stand-up soft ice cream machine designed by Carpigiani to produce both single and triple flavor ice cream with the usual success, as well as the fun decorated ice cream preferred by young people.
In the upper part of the machine there is the preservation container for the mix; in the central part there is the horizontal cylinder from which – the dispensing tap – the ice cream portions are dispensed.
When the lever is lowered, a classic soft ice cream with a flavor produced with the mix contained in the tub ( vanilla ) comes out of the corresponding dispensing tap. If you want to produce a beautiful decorated ice cream (e.g. strawberry), just press the corresponding button on the control panel and lower the lever – the ice cream produced will be instantly decorated with one of the three colored fruit or cream flavored concentrates located in the three containers housed in the lower part of the machine. Thus, it is possible to obtain three different decorated ice cream portions (e.g. mango, strawberry, green apple).
The AES 38 1/p/SP Colore comes complete with the convenience of automatic pasteurization, again with the press of a button, day after day is ensured the certainty of a safe and healthy product. When pasteurizing the mix, as well as all parts that come into contact with it during production, the product is kept in perfect hygiene. To make it easier, the AES 381/p/SP Colore can also fill the preservation tray directly with powdered mix. The amount of added water can be controlled by pressing the correct button on the electronic display.
