401 Bib <\/strong>is the bottom-steaming machine <\/strong>for soft ice cream<\/strong>, soft gelato <\/strong>and frozen yogurt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The electronic system provides a perfect structure and offers an immediate and accurate consistency control<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The patented peristaltic pump <\/strong>offers high productivity <\/strong>and easy containment; it allows to treat any type of mixture, even the dense ones and with small pieces such as seeds and grains.<\/p>\n

The bag-in-box option<\/strong>allows to connect the pump directly to the bag filled with liquid mixture.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
