Multifreeze Pro is the professional batch freezer equipped with state-of-the-art technology from Cattabriga.<\/p>\n

The patented Iceteam 1927 Pro door combines the user-friendly front container with an outstanding solution for a thermally insulated door that improves the batch freezing process to the highest level.<\/p>\n

The double inverter system (Vario system) varies the speed and adjusts the freezing capacity depending on the type and quantity of mixture introduced. This improves production times and reduces electricity and water consumption by up to 30% compared to batch freezers of previous generations. <\/p>\n

In addition, the double speed dispenser makes it easy to remove and vary the gelato.<\/p>\n

Cylinder & agitator: This patented system allows the gas to be distributed homogeneously over the entire surface of the cylinder. The patented ELITE agitator is made of 100% stainless steel, is resistant and extremely efficient during both the production and cleaning process. <\/p>\n
